Director
Luke is a senior technical leader and director with over 25 years in the IT industry, focused on solving complex problems and building reliable, secure systems. He founded Specialist IT Services to improve the standard of IT support through clear communication, smart automation, and a strong focus on client experience. Outside of work, Luke spends his time playing music.

Director
Patrick enjoys building practical solutions, optimising workflows, and working closely with clients to really understand their people and their businesses. He is known for his curiosity, positivity, and strong sense of accountability. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and getting out for a run.

Senior Engineer
Peter specialises in Apple Macintosh support. He enjoys helping clients get the best out of their IT solutions and enjoys some of the unique challenges that arise. Outside of work he attends the gym most mornings and is on a first name basis with many food vendors across the state!

Senior Engineer
Matt specialises in Apple Macintosh support and Apple MDM management. With more than 30 years in IT, he enjoys helping clients solve complex technology issues with clear, practical solutions. Outside of work, he enjoys sound engineering and playing drums.

Robert has a strong focus on keeping client environments running smoothly and securely. He specialises in Microsoft 365, system backups and system automation. Outside of work, he enjoys switching off by going for a run or cycling.

Glenn enjoys the fast-paced nature of our work and the camaraderie in the office. He is known for being the ‘phone guy’ in the office as he picks up most of the phone related work. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and all things sports, including following local football and cricket, and attending Hawthorn games.

Tim brings a strong background in print. He enjoys the variety of challenges that working in IT poses every week. In his spare time, he enjoys going to dog shows and spending time with his dogs.

With two decades of experience in IT and Telecommunications, she enjoys applying her expertise to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. Beyond work, she’s an enthusiastic cook and gardener, a keen photographer, and a mum to a lively three-year-old.

He enjoys the challenge of every day bringing something new, and that what he does today didn't exist as a possibility a few years ago. He is always learning and always finding new things to do.
